Divers scoured (1. 四出搜查︰to make a thorough search of) the bottom of a Russian lake on Saturday for fragments of a meteorite (隕石, 即已落地的流星that plunged to Earth in a blinding (2. 炫目的︰extremely bright) fireball whose shockwaves (3. 衝擊波: a sharp change of pressure caused by explosion) injured 1,200 people and damaged thousands of homes.
